“Fernwood 1891” features fine art, fine craft, local and artisan foods. Dawn already owns and operates Khnemu Studio on Fernwood Farm, a solar powered working artist studio where she teaches classes and workshops, and features a pottery gallery which displays over 25 Michigan artists’ work. Her current gallery is located on the 1890’s restored farm estate called Fernwood Farm. This second location grafts the lifestyle of Khnemu Studio on Fernwood Farm into a downtown storefront, showcasing the local community and all it has to offer; fill the shelves with local well known names and some new for you to discover.

The store front includes a small pottery studio area, where Dawn or one of her assistants will be working while keeping the shop open.
